Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the limited cases where we share data. We keep things intentionally lean—only data required to provide and improve loggr.

1. Data We Collect

  • Account Data: Email address and auth identifiers (stored in Supabase Auth) to manage secure access.
  • Project Metadata: Titles, timestamps, and structured inputs you provide. You control the content you enter.
  • Feedback Reports: Sanitized messages with page context (URL path, viewport, browser, version). We strip emails, tokens, UUIDs, and URLs client-side before sending.
  • Usage & Performance: Aggregated, non-identifying metrics (e.g. feature adoption, error rates) to guide improvements.

2. What We Do Not Collect

  • No ad tracking pixels.
  • No invasive session replays.
  • No sale or rental of personal data—ever.

3. Legal Basis

We process data under legitimate interest (operating and securing the service) and contract (providing requested functionality). Where required, consent is requested explicitly.

4. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for authentication and session continuity. See the Cookie Policy for details.

5. Data Retention

You can delete projects; related structured entries are removed or anonymized. Feedback entries remain for product quality unless you request removal.

6. Security

We enforce TLS, least-privilege database roles, RLS policies, and server-side sanitisation. Secrets are stored as environment variables (never in source control).

7. International Transfers

Data may be processed in regions where our infrastructure providers operate (e.g. EU/US). We rely on their compliance frameworks.

8. Your Rights

  • Access / export your content.
  • Request correction or deletion.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.

9. Changes

Material updates are announced in-app. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
